"Train the Trainer"
Import/Export Compliance Management
Overview:
Every
day more and more American corporations are becoming organized in
Import/Export Compliance. Most companies have delegated the compliance
responsibility to either one individual or to a small select group.
How
do these designated compliance "experts"... learn their
trade? Then how do they transform their knowledge into SOP's and
in-house training programs?
Most
learn by going through a difficult learning curve. They learn as
they go along. While there are benefits going through the "school
of hard knocks"... it often is expensive, certainly not cost
effective and do we as corporations have all that time to become
"compliant"?
The
ARI program .."Training the Trainer" is a specifically
designed to provide an intensive program to indoctrinate the compliance
officer quickly, comprehensively with an ability to bring back to
the company a "head start" in compliance management.
How
it Works
The
company sends the compliance individual/officer to NY or Washington
DC for a one week, 60-hour program on a one-to-one basis to facilitate
a tailored compliance training program for that individual and their
company.
The
program also affords a mentoring continuation of expertise and resources
for that individual to draw upon, as he or she advances in their
company's compliance program.
